Welcome to the Kansas Section of the American Water Works Association

Welcome to the Kansas Section of AWWA!

I am honored to be serving as the current chair of the Kansas Section of the American Water Works Association. This Section truly shows its passion for the water industry! You will see this at networking events, through technical training, and proudly displayed at our joint annual conference. We look forward to engaging with new members, providing the necessary support and resources to any water utility in need, along with growing our next generation of industry professionals.

This Section has allowed me to meet incredible individuals and make meaningful lifetime connections, and my hope is that it will also do that for you. I encourage you to let your passion and talents be known. Consider joining a committee, participating in technical training, helping to raise funds for Water For People, presenting at our joint conference, or even entering a contest such as Best Tasting Tap Water Contest, Hydrant Hysteria, Backhoe Rodeo, or knowledge bowl. Reach out to get to know the Section, the board members, and committee chairs alike.
